Stand By Me

In the music video "Stand By Me" by Mark Johnson he uses elements of Rhetoric to create an argument.Invention is the proof of how Mark Johnson needed to find in order to make the video. He needed to find many musicians that need somebody to stand by them or that related to the song so much. Mark Johnson needed musicians from all over the world singing the same song in their nature habitat.Disposition is how he arranged the arguments and ideas. The video is laid out by musicians by all over the world relating to the song and expressing their emotions through music.Style is the language suitable to the subject and audience. The lyrics to the song and the song itself appealed to me, because he found music as the language.Music is universal so everybody can understand it. The lyrics say "you going to need somebody to stand by me."So saying no matter who you are or how much money you have. Your going to need somebody to stand by you and help you.Memory rhetor knows his subject matter. You don't need to know much to understand the message, the video is very crystal clear meaning that you don't need to know background information about the message its trying to send to you.The Knowledge in the video comes off as that one person you always need by your side and you have a lot of confidence with. The delivery which is actualization of a finished composition. The message is delivered through music saying no matter where we are in the world or how much money we have still all come together as one. The meaning remains the same even through out all the countries the song is played the meaning is still the same. The image in this music video touches me because the man is just singing outside in the street in his natural environment.During the whole video people are outside playing their version throughout all different countries.Thats what makes the video so meaningful, people from all around the world singing the same song in their own version. The argument is that "we can all come together as one unity"
